Connor Darigo

Founder

Originally from Newburyport, MA, Connor has a passion for serving people. After heading out to San Francisco State for college, he realized his heart was back home in Massachusetts. He returned east and founded Waste Universe to build something meaningful in his own community.

Peter Marchitello

Logistics

Peter joined Waste Universe right out of high school in Florida. He keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly, making sure every truck is where it needs to be and every pickup happens on schedule.

Damien Tidmarsh

Head of Customer Experience

Originally from the UK, Damien moved to the US to pursue religious studies. He brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every customer interaction and makes sure you always have a great experience with Waste Universe.

Henry "Mouse" Wharton

Head Driver (RI)

A US Army Rangers veteran, Mouse brings over 30 years of experience in sanitation to the team. He leads our Rhode Island routes with the discipline and reliability you'd expect from someone with his background.

John Toole

Driver (MA)

John is a selectman in Stow, where he lives on a lake next to Honey Pot Orchards. He knows the Massachusetts communities we serve inside and out, and takes pride in keeping them clean.

An experienced tradesman and woodworker, Paul brings a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude to everything he does. He's a dependable presence on our Massachusetts routes.

Brandon has over 5 years of experience in sanitation and a genuine love for nature. He takes care of our Rhode Island routes and is committed to keeping the communities he serves looking their best.
