By booking a dumpster or waste management service with Waste Universe, you agree to these terms. We provide reliable waste removal services across Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
Standard rental periods are up to 10 days. Extended rentals beyond 10 days incur an additional $25 per day charge, applied when the dumpster is collected. You're responsible for ensuring proper placement and access for pickup.
Hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, tires, batteries, and electronics are not permitted. Additional fees apply for prohibited items requiring special disposal. Contact us if you're unsure about acceptable materials.
Payment is due at booking. Cancellations made 24 hours before delivery receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a service fee. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove dumpsters for safety or legal reasons.
You're responsible for any property damage caused by dumpster placement. We recommend using protective boards under dumpsters on driveways. Waste Universe is not liable for damage to underground utilities, sprinklers, or landscaping not clearly marked.
