Originally from Newburyport, Connor grew up with a deep appreciation for community roots. After spending some time out at San Francisco State, the call of his home state brought him right back to Massachusetts. He founded Waste Universe to cultivate something honest, dependable, and meaningful for his neighbors.

Joining us fresh out of school, Peter brings a whole lot of sunshine and hard work to the crew. He is responsible for a lot of stuff behind the scenes, keeping our day-to-day operations rolling smooth as a country road, and making sure every truck gets where it needs to be with a smile.

Eric is our Operations Manager who runs the entire Waste Universe fleet. He manages all of our drivers and treats every dispatch like he's looking out for his own neighborhood. When he's not keeping the trucks running perfectly, you'll probably find him hanging out with his dogs or 🏎️ tinkering with Corvettes in the garage!

Having moved from Wales to Boston and Concord, Damien brings a wonderfully grounded, folksy warmth to everyone he meets, ensuring every single person in our community feels heard, valued, and well taken care of.

Beyond his warm demeanor, Pat is a master of internal coordination. He doesn't just manage the customer’s immediate need; he proactively bridges the gap between the customer and the team, ensuring that every detail is communicated clearly and every solution is executed seamlessly. His goal is never just to finish a call, but to achieve a clean, well-coordinated outcome where the customer feels completely taken care of and the team is perfectly aligned.

With ten solid years of service under his belt, Mike brings a neighborly hospitality to every phone call. He treats every customer like they're family dropping by for a chat, making sure no problem goes unsolved and everyone walks away happy.

Having immigrated to the US as a child, Evan brings a huge heart and a unique perspective to our team. He loves getting out and meeting local business owners, and is passionate about helping folks set up sustainable, sensible waste solutions that keep their shops clean and save them some hard-earned money.

Corsini is the warm, friendly voice that keeps our billing and front office running like a well-oiled machine. She tends to every detail with absolute care, ensuring that every customer is treated fairly and with a neighborly smile.

Herman is a mystery guy. He keeps the servers running and the code clean!
